Nicola Horton
Nicola is a broker associate and also works in the family business specializing in residential sales and doing property management, focusing on long term rentals and overseas clients. Before she moved to Florida she was a senior buyer for a construction company. Nicola has an eye for detail and will go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. She wants to help people realize their dreams of having everything at home.
Having competed all over the UK and now focusing her competing in the central Florida area, she knows the differences between European and American showing. This is great knowledge, especially for overseas buyers looking to move to Florida. She has competed in dressage, eventing, hunters and jumpers having recently tried her hand at barrel racing. She is also on the board of her local riding association and runs their jumper shows, she also helps with their Western shows to really expand her knowledge. These different disciplines have given the knowledge of footings and sizes of arenas. Nicola has built her own barn and riding arena so she has personal experience that she is willing to share.
