An English jumper rider that now lives in Florida. Having horses at home and building her own barn and riding arena, aligns her with knowing what you might be looking for. There is nothing better than having someone with the experience of having their animals at home, using their barn and arena regularly, to help you find your dream home.

Nicola has been riding from before she could walk and had her first pony at just 6 months old. Dodger was the start of a lifelong addiction and she had her for 32 years! When she was8/9 she decided she wanted to jump and was registered with the British Show Jumping Association. Jumping as a junior Nicola trained with Rob Hoekstra and Di Lampard MBE, with numerous wins on home produced ponies. The most memorable are winning the foxhunter class at Hickstead, getting Little Drummer into the top 138cm jumping ponies and jumping the foxhunter final in the main ring at Hickstead on Drummer, having taken him from a 3 year old who didn't quite understand where he legs went to a top 138cm in the UK who would jump literally anything! Her passion really lies with having novice horses and ponies, building a partnership with them and building their confidence.

Having competed all over the UK and now focusing her competing in the central Florida area, she knows the differences between European and American showing. This is great knowledge, especially for overseas buyers looking to move to Florida. She has competed in dressage, eventing, hunters and jumpers having recently tried her hand at barrel racing. She is also on the board of her local riding association and runs their jumper shows, she also helps with their Western shows to really expand her knowledge. These different disciplines have given the knowledge of footings and sizes of arenas. Nicola has built her own barn and riding arena so she has personal experience that she is willing to share.
